Lifetime Achievement Award for Len

A prominent Llanfyllin resident has been handed the town’s Lifetime Achievement Award.

Len Wilkinson was recognised as part of the Town Council’s Good Citizen Awards for 2018 following many years keeping the town tidy, looking after the recycling and helping anyone in need of assistance.

“He still helps people out and is a very popular person about town,” said Cllr Simon Baynes, Mayor of Llanfyllin, whi is pictured with Len along with his sister June Williams and brother Geoff.
