Huge police survey launched

18/08/2019 @ 09:57

Dyfed-Powys Police and Crime Commissioner, Dafydd Llywelyn, has launched a major survey to find out what we all think of the service in the Welshpool area.

Mr Llywelyn (pictured) says the results of the survey will help him to set the force’s priorities and identify the areas that require improvement.

“I want to address how and why you contact the police, and in making contact, whether you have found a service which is easy to access,” he said.

“I want to find out if you feel the force makes it clear how, and in which situations, you should contact them. I also want to discover what service you expect in terms of contacting the police.

“One of the priorities I set out within my Police and Crime Plan, is to ensure that you receive an accessible and responsive service from your police force. Therefore, crucially, I want to identify if any improvement is needed.”

You can access the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/MQLW7D3

Alternatively, you can contact my office on 01267 226440 / opcc@dyfed-powys.pnn.police.uk to request a paper copy.

The survey closes at midday on September 2.
