It was an early Sunday morning rise for local firefighters who were called to a suspected fire at a farmyard off the A483, near Forden.
The 999 was made at 5.40am this morning, but on arrival there was no sign of a blaze, and firefighters have an idea what caused the alert.
“No fire sighted by crew, (but) large orange yard light thought to be reason of call, good intentions. Crews returned to home station 06:55,” Montgomery station tweeted.
