One rescued from Guilsfield road crash

One female was rescued from a car accident that blocked the road to Guilsfield last night.

The incident happened shortly after 8.30pm and required the attendance of fire crews from both Welshpool and Montgomery with support from local police and ambulance services.

“Great teamwork throughout resulted in a quick and safe extrication of one female casualty,” said a spokesperson from Montgomery station. The condition of the female was not reported.
