The Office for National Statistics has confirmed that one more Powys person has sadly died with Covid-19 mentioned on their death certificate.
It takes the total to 92 people that have died in connection to the virus since the first positive case was reported in the county back on March 11.
The figure includes those whose deaths were registered up until June 19 that had Covid-19 mentioned on their death certificates by a doctor. It may have meant they were suffering from symptoms and may not have been tested. Most have died in hospital or at nursing homes.
Official Public Health figures have shown that just eight positive cases have been recorded in Powys since June 7, but officials warn that the virus is still circulating in the county.
