Town Clerk staying on

Anne Wilson is to stay on as Interim Town Clerk of Welshpool until the position is advertised in August.

The council agreed in February to advertise for a permanent replacement for Robert Robinson but due to the Coronavirus pandemic this has not happened.

Ms Wilson has agreed to stay in the interim role until restrictions are lifted and the council has agreed to place advertisements in August.
