Quad biker airlifted to hospital

There was drama at the Golfa on Sunday as the Wales Air Ambulance was scrambled to attend a quad biking event after a competitor fell off.
Golfers from the nearby Welshpool Golf Club watched down the valley around lunch time as the helicopter airlifted the injured man to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital with a hip injury following the fall.
