Burglars target Forden

Burglars have raided two properties in Forden.
Police have launched an investigation after the two burglaries in the Springfields area of the village.
Bolt croppers were used to open a padlock and enter an isolated barn between 2pm on Tuesday August 9 and 11am the following morning, and once inside the raiders stole various ornaments.
In the second, an old garage was broken into using a bolt cropper to open a padlock. Hub caps and a vacuum cleaner were stolen.
