Charity box stolen from Llanfair pub

A ‘Sooty’ shaped charity box was stolen from a Llanfair Caereinion pub last Saturday night.
The box was found on Watergate Street several days later but the unknown amount of cash was taken.
“I’d ask anyone with any information to please contact Welshpool Police station on the non-emergency number 101,” said PC Joe Parker.
