Red Bank road to close for four days

News just reaching us that an emergency closure has been put in place for a stretch of road up Red Bank from 7am-4pm until Thursday to allow “urgent patching works” to take place.

Powys Highways has explained that the road will be closed from Brookfield roundabout down to the Guilsfield road junction, with diversion signs to be put in place.

Access to properties on the closed stretch and emergency vehicle access will be maintained throughout the work which is expected to take four days before the road is back to normal for traffic on Friday.
