Man charged following death crash

A 34-year old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a smash on the Moors Straight close to the Buttington Cross roundabout in May.
Bailey Thomas Alan Evans, from Llanwnog, near Caersws, was returning home from his fifth birthday celebrations when he was tragically killed in the accident at around 5.25pm on May 14. Three other people were taken to hospital.
And police have this afternoon (Wednesday) have confirmed that the man, who has not been named, has now been charged and will appear before Welshpool Magistrates on January 3.
