Inquest opened after man found dead

An inquest has opened but has been adjourned following the death of a well-known man from Pontrobert at the weekend.

Robert Douglas White, who was known as Bob, was found hanging from a tree in woodlands near his home on Sunday and an inquest was opened by the Powys Coroner yesterday, but adjourned to await reports.

Mr. White was believed to have been a local property developer.
