We’re Happit and we know it

 

The Scottish-based clothes chain, which has 60 stores across the country, is on an aggressive expansion programme and says its aim is to provide the Welshpool area with a ‘choice of contemporary clothing at unrivalled prices’.

Happit has been in existence for 35 years, based in Dunfermline, with branches throughout Scotland and England, and Welshpool represents its first venture into Wales.

“Happit is constantly expanding and upgrading stores over the course of this year,” said a spokesperson. “We hope that you will take full advantage of our excellent range of products and of course our superb value.”

 

Town Clerk Robert Robinson described it as positive news for the town’s struggling centre and believes more empty premises will be filled by Easter.
