‘Together for Mental Health’ consultation

The future of local Mental Health and Wellbeing is currently the subject of a huge public consultation which welcomes your input.

Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations (PAVO) and the Powys Mental Health Alliance (PMHA) invites you to a series of personal consultation sessions being held at local centres to ensure your voice is heard and your contribution is valued.

The strategy encompasses all ages and focuses on both mental wellbeing and mental illness and it aims to improve mental health and deliver more effective mental health services locally.

The strategy also embeds the new laws around mental health provision under the Mental Health (Wales) Measure.

Open sessions will be held at:

Bryntirion, Welshpool, July 16, 11am to 1pm.

Elephant & Castle, Newtown, July 16, 2pm to 4pm.

Refreshments and travel expenses will be provided.
