Win tickets to Rugby League World Cup

Local residents have the opportunity to win a pair of tickets to the opening ceremony of the Rugby League World Cup, simply by joining the library.

Libraries across Wales have joined forces with the Rugby League World Cup to offer the chance to win a pair of tickets to the opening ceremony in October at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.

But residents only have until March 25 to join their local library and be eligible for the prize draw.
