Local singer currently second in UK text vote!

 

The local campaign to give a local singer/songwriter a chance of stardom is gathering momentum with him lying second in a national x-factor style text vote.

 

Dai Robs (right) narrowly missed out on qualifying directly for the finals of the Open Mic UK competition at the O2 Arena, but has a second chance if he can secure enough votes from the public.

 

Mywelshpool announced the campaign last week and so far, Dai is lying second in the votes with lines open until December 15.

 

“I can’t thank everyone enough for their support,” he said. “It has been overwhelming.”
