Biker killed in crash

A man has sadly died following a road traffic collision this morning near Four Crosses.
The accident happened at around 8.10am when the motorbike being ridden by the man collided with a Transit van.
Readers informed MyWelshpool that the accident happened on the Four Crosses bypass.
“Ambulance and Fire were also at the scene, and the road is closed in both directions,” said a police spokesperson. “Sadly, the male motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries.”
It is hoped that the road will reopen for the evening rush hour but motorists are advised to avoid the area.
