Properties from throughout Mid Wales are to be promoted to potential buyers in London’s exclusive Park Lane by one of the region’s longest serving estate agents, Morris Marshall and Poole.

Estate agents and property surveyors Morris, Marshall and Poole (MMP) has been awarded exclusive membership of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents for Mid Wales, including Newtown, Welshpool, Tywyn, Machynlleth, Llanidloes and Aberystwyth.

It means the estate agent now has access to the Guild’s national marketing network and the lucrative London market where properties are marketed through the Guild’s head office in the exclusive Park Lane.

Membership to the Guild is only permitted to estate agents who are dedicated to maintaining the very highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

“We’re delighted to have been granted membership to the Guild of Professional Estate Agents. Our team works very hard to market and sell properties on behalf of our clients and joining the Guild means we have even more opportunities to offer prospective property sellers,” said Andrew Turner, a partner at MMP.

“It not only demonstrates the high level of customer care we provide our clients, but opens up the opportunities we have to market properties, including the growing and lucrative London market where people are increasingly seeking property in areas such as Powys, Ceredigon and south Gwynedd.”

MMP already markets properties locally, regionally and nationally through a range of online channels and networks, including its own website

Access and membership to the Guild strengthens this even more and MMP is the only estate agent in Mid Wales to be a member of it.

Marcus Whewell, CEO of the Guild, said: “We are delighted to welcome Morris, Marshall and Poole into the Guold as our new representatives in Mid Wales.

“Their expertise and outstanding service mean that they will be an important and valued asset to our national network.”
