22 games - 22 wins for Forden

Forden re-wrote the Montgomeryshire Amateur League Second Division records tonight – beating Trefonen to win all 22 of their league games.

Already promoted the villagers faced stiff opposition from Trefonen, who were looking for a win themselves in their pursuit of runners-up spot and promotion.

But Forden (pictured at their annual dinner and awards night on Saturday) proved invincible thanks to a goal in each half from Josh Gethin.
