The finals are coming thick and fast, and Four Crosses’ hopes of bagging a hat-trick have been dashed in their first showdown.

The JT Hughes division one runners-up came up against a determined Guilsfield Reserves who took the Village Cup at Llansantffraid on Friday night, courtesy of a 4-1 win.

Welshpool Town were beaten in a thriller, 4-3, against Bow Street in the final of the Spar Cup at Carno on Saturday evening.

Prior to that game, Llansantffraid Village beat Montgomery 4-1 to take the ER Jenkins Cup which is for clubs in the Spar second division.
