The area’s darts players are invited to enter a tournament carrying a prize pot of £400.
COBRA is organising its first Grand Prix Darts tournament on October 23 at its Meifod club house with all players from across the region able to take part.
Players are asked to register between 3.30-4.30pm on the day with a 5pm start. All legs are a double start, 501 with a best of five format up until the semi finals which move up to seven legs and then nine for the final. The tournament is being held under BDO rules and there is a licensed bar.
First prize will be £200, with £100 for the runner-up and £50 for the losing semi finalists.
