Frame commits to Guilsfield

Ross Frame is getting used to saying ‘sorry’.
The 18 year-old former Wales schoolboy international does not have to apologise to his Guilsfield team-mates nor its management and fans. But it is just about every rival club playing Alliance football and above in the area that he has been saying sorry to with some regularity this season.
Newtown, Aberystwyth, Caersws and this week Technogroup Welshpool have all been chasing the striker’s services but he has again underlined his commitment to the club which has given him his big break in the senior leagues.
“I am very flattered by the interest but there is a job to do at Guilsfield which is a fantastic club and has been very good to me since I signed last year,” said the Cardiff-based student who calls Llanfair home. “They are a great bunch of lads and I have really been enjoying my football there.”
Frame also showed his support for new manager Russell Cadwallader who has struggled to find consistency at his new club.
“Russ has come in and made a few changes and we can see that the formation he wants is beginning to work. We are just lacking a bit of consistency at the moment so the next few games will be crucial. Russ has sorted what he wants to do with the team now and overall things are looking up at the club. I am sure we will go on a run soon and climb the table.”
