Customer Care Manager

Reports to UK Sales Manager

Education: Maths, English, and IT related subjects at GCSE or equivalent

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar management role

As a Customer Care Manager, you will direct the daily operations of the customer care team,

monitor their performance, and ensure customers receive the best service possible.

Day-to-day tasks will include:

• Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures.

• Handle complex and escalated customer care issues.

• Co-ordinate and manage customer care projects and initiatives.

• Provide help and advice to customers as appropriate.

• Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.

• Authorise product returns.

• Undertake daily sales and back-order reports.

• Manage and monitor the performance of the Customer Care Team.

39 hours per week Monday – Friday. Based in Newtown, Powys. Salary dependent on experience.
