Administration Assistant Required

Due to increasing workload EvaBuild Ltd have a position for a part time Administration Assistant to work alongside the Finance Director and Office Manager.

The position is office based in Newtown.

The job will include:

· Answering the telephone

· Meeting and greeting visitors to the office

· Entering invoices into our accounting package

· Filing of invoices

· Archiving of paperwork

· Supporting other staff within the office with general office tasks e.g. printing, laminating etc.

If you have a good telephone manner, the ability to work under pressure and good communication skills both verbally and in writing please apply.

Whilst basic computer skills would be an advantage full training will be given to the right applicant.

The position is 25 hours per week initially but could progress to more hours as the job develops.  Days and hours of work to be arranged.
