Dolanog House investment can lure more business to Welshpool

A key Welshpool office development has been secured for expanding businesses as part of a significant investment in the area, according to the company marketing the property.

Dolanog House was purchased earlier this year, reportedly for close to £1million, and is now being marketed to businesses seeking to expand or relocate in the area.

Kathryn Evans, a local Chartered Surveyor with Bulleys Chartered Surveyors, said the availability of good quality office accommodation in the town had been a stumbling block for many businesses.
