Welshpool workshop Tuesday for grants information

Powys County Council has announced the launch of a new Capital Grant Scheme aimed at supporting existing businesses across the Welshpool area.

The initiative is designed to help businesses invest in their growth and resilience, with full details of the offer now available on the council’s official website.

To support the rollout of this opportunity, Antur Cymru Enterprise will be hosting “Getting Grant Ready” workshops to guide businesses through the application process. The Welshpool workshop will take place tomorrow (Tuesday) at PYC Group, The House Building Factory Welshpool SY21 8SL (opposite McDonalds). You can also attend online, as well as Thursday’s workshop (Machunlleth) onlone too.

“With a tight timeline and a two-stage application process, businesses are strongly encouraged to seek expert guidance to maximise their chances of success,” said a spokesperson.

“Antur Cymru also offers free one-to-one support for businesses of all sizes and at all stages of development, available from their office in Bear Lanes Shopping Centre, Newtown.”
