Rotary visit “extraordinary” fire fighters

Members from Welshpool Rotary Club paid a visit to the town’s fire station to show their appreciation to the fire fighters.

Members learned about the work done by the retained officers, including flood defences and road traffic accidents.

A spokesperson said: “We wanted to see the wonderful work carried out by extraordinary people on our behalf.”
