Hunt for treasure in Montgomery

The Montgomery Show Presidents have thrown open an invitation to take part in a Treasure Trail which will continue to run throughout August.

Participants are invited to solve the clues to follow the Treasure Trail around Montgomery with spectacular views and points of interest en route.

Suitable for families, couples, groups of friends or competitive teams from clubs, those taking part are encouraged to either bring a picnic or visit one of the town’s establishments for food and refreshments.

The Trail can be collected from Bunners or the fruit and veg market stall for £2 and should be returned by September 1 for entry into a draw for fantastic prizes, including tickets to West Midland Safari Park, tickets to Xplore Science in Wrexham or Theatre Severn Friends Membership.

The Treasure Trail was created by Hayley and Tudor Jones for this year's Show Presidents, Judith and Dave Poulter, as a fundraiser for the annual Montgomery Show.
