Andy Davies has been one of the top Welsh athletes for the best part of two decades and, at 44, he shows no sign of slowing up as he simply gets better with age.

We joined the Forden endurance runner before a training session up in the hills overlooking Newtown to find out what makes him tick, and what's next for this inspirational athlete, who is also a respected college lecturer.
