A sell-out charity music night in Welshpool has raised a fantastic £2,370.25 to support vulnerable local people and families.
The Royal Oak was the venue for a memorable evening of live entertainment, with music lovers coming together to raise vital funds for Welshpool Community Haven.
The event featured performances from The Soul Jets, Steve Edwards and Rob Picken, who helped make the night a huge success.
Local musician Dai Robs was praised for bringing together the talented line-up and coordinating the event, which attracted a capacity crowd.
Organisers also paid special tribute to Laura, Dave and the team at the Royal Oak for once again providing the venue free of charge, supplying refreshments and helping boost the fundraising total through raffle ticket sales.
A generous selection of raffle prizes, donated by local supporters, included tickets for the Wales v New Zealand rugby match, hampers and a host of other gifts.
The evening raised an impressive £2,370.25, with every contribution helping Welshpool Community Haven continue its important work supporting people and families in the local community.
Organisers expressed their gratitude to everyone who helped make the event possible, from the performers and venue staff to those who donated prizes, bought raffle tickets or simply came along to enjoy the music.
The successful fundraiser once again demonstrated the generosity and community spirit of Welshpool residents, who turned out in force to support a cause close to home.
