Sales Support & Solutions Design Manager 

Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist the sales team wherever required to proactively sell RMGroup standard and integrated products. 

· Develop solutions with Sales Manager per customer requirements.

· Create 3D drawings based on specifications of project to include consideration to customer URS.

· Liaising with other project stakeholders such as Technical Director, Compliance and Project Manager to compile a solution prior to customer presentation.

· Conversing with suppliers to spec integrated equipment required.

· Deliver conceptual and final layout drawings to sales team within stipulated deadline.

· Update CRM with project and customer information as and when required.

· Compile BOMs and submit order confirmation to Project manager for preview prior to compilation of IDS.

· Update Sales Manager/Directors with work progress. Respond to any other tasks as requested by Directors.

Desirable Skills and Experience

- Minimum 3 years experience in design engineering

- Ability to use 2D CAD/Solidworks & use of 3D softwear Visual components beneficial. 

- Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook

- Be highly self-motivated with good work ethic and have the ability to work under own initiative

- Good interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ approach to tasks

Ideal candidates will have a full UK driving licence. 

Working Hours: 45 Hours a week. Monday-Friday

Holidays: 24 Days + Bank Holidays
