Job Title: Project Coordinator
Situated: Lowfield Timber Frames, Marton, Nr Welshpool, with on-site parking
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Competitive salary depending on experience.
The Role:
The opportunity will be of a reasonably technical nature, interpreting construction drawings and working to build programmes.
There will be a high degree of interaction with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers and the like, where an articulate personality would be most successful in conveying professionalism at all times and achieving goals.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating projects from placement of order, through design, manufacturing and delivery to site.
Support and training will be provided as necessary, although good knowledge and understanding of MS Office would be expected.
The successful candidates would ideally have previous experience in the Construction Industry, would benefit from some technical knowledge of building and have keen organisational skills and an eye for detail.
