Sidoli the home of artisan desserts – Nestled in the hills of the beautiful Mid Wales countryside, we create a huge range of delicious artisan desserts for the food service industry. Our state-of- the art factory has been producing the highest quality products since 1980 and continues to use the same traditional recipes that have been passed through the family for generations. We are manufacturing the very best desserts from concept to creation.
We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our well-established technical team.
This is an opportunity for a confident, self-motivated individual to join a friendly team whether you already have experience, or you are interested in learning.
The main duties include being responsible for dealing with customer correspondence including customer complaints, completing, and submitting reports and arranging internal meetings. Assisting with the paperwork checks, technical and customer visits and audits as well as assisting in all other areas of the Technical Department as required by the site Technical Manager.
The successful candidate must have a good level of numeracy and IT, good organizational skills, be able to prioritize their time and work well under pressure. Full training will be given in all aspects of the role.
This role is 4 days a week 9.00am to 3.00pm
