Contractors wanted for grass cutting and maintenance of children's play areas

GRASS CUTTING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CHILDREN’S PLAY AREAS IN GUILSFIELD

• PARK ROAD PLAY AREA
• MAES Y CELYN PLAY AREA
• THE AREA IN THE SQUARE NEAR THE BUS SHELTER (including the verge alongside)

Tenders are invited from interested Contractors for the Grass Cutting and the Maintenance of the above, during the following periods – 31st October 2025 – 31st October 2027

Requirements:

• Minimum eleven (11) cuts, with more, if necessary, at regular intervals to maintain the areas in tidy condition
• Spraying around the wooded equipment if necessary
• A length of hedge in Park Road area to be cut twice during each period (Please contact the clerk for identification of this hedgerow)

Contractors must supply:

• A Public Liability Insurance with a cover of not less than £2,000,000 (Two Million Pounds)
• A Certificate of Competence in the use of Pesticides
