Just 12 responses to Welshpool toilets feedback

Just 12 people responded to a Welshpool Town Council feedback exercise on public toilets in the town held through the month of June.

At tonight’s Operations & Development Meeting, councillors will be told that there was a dismal response to the online feedback system, which remains available via QR codes displayed in the facilities to gather anonymous comments and ratings from users.

The council wants to ensure it is delivering high levels of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.

While the response may have been disappointing, the feedback has been positive with 10 of the 12 responses giving a five-star rating, with the remaining two giving four out of five.

Postcodes and town names submitted show usage by visitors from across Shropshire, Powys, West Midlands, and South Wales, confirming the role of the toilets in supporting both local use and tourism.
