Welshpool couple celebrate diamond wedding

 A Welshpool couple have celebrated their diamond wedding anniversary.

William and Ida Jones of Dolerw received a telegram from the Queen to mark their 60 years together and were visited by Councillor Garry Banks, Chairman of Powys County Council on their happy day.

In the picture they are seen with their their daughters Sandra and Nicola and Cllr  Banks.
