Friday event to discuss Town Hall’s future cancelled

An event Friday that was to discuss the future use of Welshpool Town Hall has been cancelled as a precaution due to Storm Goretti.

Local residents, community groups and anyone with an interest in Welshpool were invited to attend the community workshop to help shape the future of the Town Hall.

But Town Clerk, Richard Williams, said this lunch time: “Please note this event has been postponed due to the weather forecast and an alternative date will be advertised shortly.”
