Rovers win cup derby

Waterloo Rovers won the local derby against Trewern in the Central Wales Cup yesterday.

The near neighbours came head-to-head in the cup and in an eight goal thriller Rovers edged out Trewern 5-3 to earn the week’s bragging rights

Montgomery pulled off a surprise by beating Llansantffraid Village 4-1 and Four Crosses thumped Talgarth 9-0.
