Hilditch stars in Cup win

‘Smokin’ Joe Hilditch was in superb form as his Crew Green B team stunned Arddleen to book their place in the next round of the Montgomeryhire Airgun League Charity Cup.

Hilditch scored a maximum, that’s seven clean 5.1 shots straight in the middle of the hole, to help guide his side to a 4-1 win over Arddleen. Churchstoke eased past Castle Caereinion to book their spot too.

Meanwhile, following the latest league action, Crew Green B remain unbeaten at the top of the table alongside Guilsfield A and Arddleen after four matches. Guilsfield B moved off the bottom after their first victory of the season at Llanfair Caereinion who are still in search of their first win along with Forden.
