Tony Windsor Charity walk is ON

The annual walk to remember a popular Welshpool man whilst raising vital charity funds will go ahead, organisers have confirmed.

The Tony Windsor Annual Charity Walk will be held on November 8, from 2pm, and will take a more ‘Covid-friendly’ route from Welshpool Medical Centre, through the town into Powys Castle Park, down Red Lane and onto the canal towpath to Erw Wen, before finishing back at the medical centre.

Money raised will be split between Severn Hospice and Waterloo Rovers Football Club.

The Grapes will be open after, but tables must be booked as space is limited.
