The new captains at Lakeside Golf Club have driven into office.
Nearly 50 members attended the drive-in, with the day started by some fun games on the tee before new club captain, Mark Wells, and lady captain, Michelle Humphries, teed off for the competition to begin.
The overall competition was won by new ladies, vice-captain, Gill James, who was also nearest the pin. Longest drive went to Sam Jones.
Last week saw the King Charles Coronation Cup, which was won overall by Jane Evans on a count back from Paul Swain, after both carded nett scores of 60.
