Thousands handed over in memory of Andy

A local football club has raised thousands of pounds in memory of a popular former player.

Llanfair United Football Club raised a brilliant £3,600 for the British Heart Foundation from their annual Andy McVeagh Memorial Cup match between the Llanfair Utd veterans and Llanfair United Res last May Bank Holiday.

The money was handed over this past week.
