Another Welsh vest for Haydn

It's a case of making it a fantastic five for local runner Haydn Jones who has been named in a Welsh running squad.

The Leighton runner has been given the nod for his fifth Welsh vest after the national Masters team included him in the their line-up against England for the 5k international race in Kingsley, Cheshire.

All four of his previous Wales appearances have come in the last two years.
