Sales/office administrator

Welsh Oak Frame are seeking a part-time sales/office administrator, based in Caersws.  

  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to and dealing with early sales enquiries 
  • Sending out brochures and pre-sale documentation
  • Logging information on the customer database
  • General administration duties 
  • Other reception duties – answering phones to suppliers, booking hotels, usual ordering etc
  • Assisting with events if required 
  1. Essential Skills and Experience
  • Possess a confident telephone manner
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work on own initiative and maintain a high level of focus at all times
  • PC literacy
  • Ability to organise own workload and prioritise whilst adhering to time constraints

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm however we can be flexible with working hours. There will be the requirement to be in the office Monday-Friday

Salary: Meets minimum wage
