Employee Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator

Department: Supply Chain

Reports to: Head of Supply

Hours of Work: Part Time – Monday – Friday, 10am to 2pm (negotiable)

Location: Newtown

Salary: 12k

Hilltop Honey is looking for a new team member to work within our supply chain department. The job role involves basic administrative tasks, such as order processing, customer service and data entry. Ideally, we are looking for an individual with good interpersonal skills who is willing to learn and grow with the company. This role is best suited to a responsible person with good organisational skills, who can work well within a team and has had previous experience within an administrative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and processing a high volume of orders using the in-house system and send order acknowledgements

Check prices on orders with commercial

Book in deliveries with customers

Resolve transport queries

Despatch orders from Depot

Being a key point of contact for customers regarding all customer orders queries

Assist the Supply Chain Team with other duties in line with this role.

Problem-solving abilities

Customer Focused

Able to work within a team

Good communication via both email & telephone

Pick up processes and computerised systems

Self-motivated and able to generate own workload when required
