Hilltop Honey is looking for a new team member to work within our supply chain department. The job role involves basic administrative tasks, such as order processing, customer service and data entry. Ideally, we are looking for an individual with good interpersonal skills who is willing to learn and grow with the company. This role is best suited to a responsible person with good organisational skills, who can work well within a team and has had previous experience within an administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing a high volume of orders using the in-house system and send order acknowledgements
Check prices on orders with commercial
Book in deliveries with customers
Resolve transport queries
Despatch orders from Depot
Being a key point of contact for customers regarding all customer orders queries
Assist the Supply Chain Team with other duties in line with this role.
