About the role: As one of our lecturers at NPTC Group of Colleges you will carry out a full range of teaching duties and administration associated with the delivery and management of learning programs as appropriate.
Band B. Annualised hours: 552.9 – 677 (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Flexible fractional, fixed term until 2 July 2026.
Associate Lecturer Scales 1 – 4, £25,372 - £29,942 per annum, pro rata. Main Grade Scales 1 – UP1, £32,304 - £46,432 per annum, pro rata (for qualified lecturers).
About you: Our ideal applicant will have a teaching qualification, along with a level 6 qualification (degree or equivalent) in the subject area and have relevant experience. Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English are also required (GCSE or equivalent). With the impact the digital world is having on teaching and learning candidates must be IT literate equivalent to level 4.
