Opening hours tweaked for Doctors dispensary
Dear Patients
Please can we ask for your help, patience and co-operation?
During these uncertain and worrying times with the Coronavirus, we have had to make the difficult decision to reduce our dispensary opening times to manage the dramatic increase in our workload, with patients wanting more advice and increased medication orders.
Working in partnership with Boots and Rowlands, we are trying to turn around processing their prescriptions requests faster, to enable them to meet their increased demands and workloads.
We also have a duty of care to our employees who are working tirelessly to ensure that we continue to deliver a timely, quality service to you all.
With this in mind we will be operating new temporary dispensary access opening hours as from this Monday.
The new opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. There will be no lunch time closure
Full praise to everyone who has been in contact with the Medical Centre this week. Your co-operation adhering to our social distancing guidance has been appreciated by all.
