Marshall brothers do it again!

Welshpool’s Marshall brothers have pushed their fitness again to the limits and beyond to bring home more success from the booming sport of Hyrox.

The gruelling events have become a phenomenon over the past five years, and Henry and Daniel have definitely caught the bug through their expert training at the town’s Rigorous Gym under the guidance of Warren Sinden.

Competing at the Hyrox Youngstars event in Berlin, Henry and Daniel delivered world-class performances to bring home two silver flags for Wales.

Henry, 13, Secured an outstanding second place finish in the highly competitive 12-13 age category.

In an amazing display of determination and stamina, he pulled it back towards the end of the race to dig deep and lock in runners-up - an incredible and exhilarating performance.

Younger brother Daniel, 11, wasn’t to be outdone and backed up his London win with another phenomenal performance, capturing second place in the 10-11 age category.

But they are far from done yet. The boys are already setting their sights on the Hyrox Youngstars Birmingham event in October.

It’s set to be a massive milestone for the family, as Oscar Marshall, 16, will officially be stepping up to compete in his very first adult race at the same event.
