There’s a great chance to help keep your kids fit and healthy during the Coronavirus lockdown thanks to the launch of a YouTube idea by a Welshpool company.
The team at Health Matters Education, owned by Vicky Bowen, has been busy creating a brand new concept called 'Busy Feet' At Home which is due to be launched tomorrow (Monday) on YouTube.
Each session will run for between 20 - 30 minutes and will be scheduled every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11am.
“Behind the scenes we are three mums isolated in our own homes across Wales and England, without professional and technical resources or equipment,” Vicky told MyWelshpool.
“We have been having regular video calls to work through our weekly plans, swapping and transferring music and resources via email.
“We are extremely proud of how it's all pulling together and we are confident that what we are trying to achieve will have a positive impact on many children, young people and families to stay as active as they can whilst isolated in their own homes,” she added.
The team has been keeping people informed about progress and scheduled sessions through a Facebook page:
