Overturned lorry blocks Newtown bypass

A lorry carrying woodchip has overturned on the Newtown bypass, partially spilling its load on to the road.

The A483 has been closed at the Kerry roundabout with traffic civerted through the town.

The accident, which happened earlier this morning, has caused more traffic to head through the town thank normal causing some delays.

Emergency crews, including an ambulance have been at the scene and it is not known if there have been any injuries.
